报告人简介：许三长，男，博士，硕导。主要从事环中元素和复矩阵的广义逆理论研究。淮阴工学院科技创新团队（理工类）：矩阵外逆及其应用负责人。目前发表SCI学术论文20余篇，其中ESI高被引论文1篇。中国高等教育学会教育数学专业委员会会员，美国数学会 《Mathematical Reviews》评论员。担任过《Journal of Algebra and its Applications》、《Frontiers of Mathematics in China》、《Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications》、《数学进展》、《Algebra Colloquium》等杂志的审稿人。2016年获国家留学基金委资助以联合培养博士生身份访问瓦伦西亚理工大学1年。获批2019年度“淮上英才计划”驻淮高校优秀博士和2022年度淮安市第三期“淮上英才计划”533英才拔尖人才培养对象；获批2021年度淮阴工学院“五四青年岗位能手”称号；获批2022年度江苏省高校“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项，主持江苏省自然科学基金青年基金1项，主持江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目1项。

报告简介：Let A be a complex matrix. The (B,C)-inverse of A was introduced by Drazin in 2012.
For given matrices A and D, several rank equalities related to A^{\|(B_{1},C_{1})}} and D^{\|(B_{2},C_{2})}} of A and D are presented.As applications, a variety of rank qualities related the inverse along an element, the Moore-Penrose inverses, the Drazin inverses, the group inverses and the core inverses are obtained.
