Process Journal: Edition Eight

Over the last few weeks we’ve had a number of people ask us ‘when is Edition Eight due’, and we thought it would it would be best to explain properly!
The truth is there is no single reason, but there are a number of contributing factors. We have been working really hard behind the scenes to improve our publication, offer and delivery methods. We are really excited to announce that we have now confirmed new production and distribution for the journal. Basically what this means for our readers is:
— Higher quality production including printing and stock.
— Faster distribution (packaging and dispatch).
— Lower shipping cost for our overseas readers.
We have also been working hard on updating our web presence that will include:
— A smoother and faster checkout process.
— Updated design with more information about each edition and each of our contributors.
— Higher level of functionality on mobile devices.
As a small team, we take a very hands-on approach with all of our publications and the quality of is paramount. Whilst a slightly longer lead-time is a little frustrating we promise Edition Eight will be our best effort yet and well worth the wait.
‘When is Edition Eight arriving’ I hear you say? We have confirmed and are currently working with an incredible line-up of contributors including; North, A Practice for Everyday Life, Hey, Design by Pidgeon and Klim Type Foundry. We still have a little way to go, but as soon as we have a firm date we will be announcing on our twitter (@followprocess). We are aiming to have Edition Eight completed in the next 6—8 weeks at the very latest.
